Pass Guarantee Terms
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These terms supplement our Terms of Service.
Overview
If you complete the full study program for an eligible exam and do not pass on your first attempt, we will extend your access at no additional charge until you pass, subject to the requirements below.
Eligible Exams
- NCLEX PN
- NCLEX RN
- Other licensure or program exams only where Pass Guarantee is explicitly shown on the checkout page or plan description at the time of purchase
Pass Guarantee does not apply to entry or admission exams such as ATI TEAS, HESI A2, or NEX unless expressly stated at purchase.
Completion Requirements
To qualify, you must complete the assigned study program for your purchased plan before your first official exam attempt, including:
- At least 90% of the question bank assigned to your plan
- All required practice exams or simulations listed in your plan dashboard
- Review of missed-question and weak-area reports where provided
- Active use on a single individual account with no sharing or credential abuse
We may verify completion through account activity logs before approving a claim.
Proof of Failure
- Submit an official or authorized score report showing a non-pass result on your first attempt after completing the program
- The report must clearly show your name, exam name, attempt date, and result
- Edited, incomplete, or third-party screenshots are not accepted
Claim Deadline
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your first official non-pass attempt by emailing from the email address on your account.
Access Extension
Approved claims receive a free access extension for the same purchased plan until you pass the eligible exam or for up to 12 additional months, whichever occurs first. Extensions apply only to the originally purchased plan and exam track.
Exclusions and Abuse Controls
- Shared, resold, duplicated, or fraudulent accounts
- Plans purchased during promotional abuse, chargeback disputes, or Terms violations
- Failure to complete the required study program before the first attempt
- Retakes taken before submitting a valid claim
- Exam attempts taken outside the purchased plan track
